How it works
We take pride in our fast and efficient shipping process at E2 Dog Training. All in-house orders are processed within 3-5 business days from order placement to shipment. Our reliable shipping services ensure safe and secure delivery of your dog training gear. Rest assured that we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that some items are made to order or shipped to you by their manufacturer and this can make processing and shipping time longer.
RETURN POLICY
A few short steps
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Note that some products are not returnable once they are opened or used, such as our balms and shampoos.
To initiate a return get in touch with our customer service team at info@e2dogtraining.com to obtain a return authorization. Please attach a picture of the product(s) to the email and include the order number in the subject line. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to box, label, and send your return shipment.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
