Puppy Day Training Program

Are you busy and can't find the time to take your puppy to classes?

Let us take the weight off your shoulders and set your puppy on the right paw to success!

This eight-week day training program consists of the following:

• Initial 90-minute in-home consultation to make sure we are the right fit for you.

• Two weekly in-home sessions to learn basic cues such as:

  • sit

  • down

  • stay

  • stand

  • come when called

  • wait for the food bowl

  • watch

  • touch

  • crate training

• One field trip per week (weather permitting) to a pet-friendly location such as Brandt's Mill, Lowe's, or Tractor Supply to help socialize your puppy! We use Ruffland™ kennels to transport dogs.

• We will begin and end every session with a potty break to help you out with potty training.

How does our day training program differ from traditional board and trains?

​

• Your puppy will stay home, where our expert trainers will guide them through learning their manners.

• You will have a short weekly transfer session to discuss what we have covered for the week.

  • This transfer session can be in-person or virtual based on your preference and schedule.

• Because we know that Sit Happens we also have available virtual office hours where you can ask any questions that you may have about anything that comes up. Seriously, you can ask anything dog-related.

After the program is concluded you will still have access to office hours and be able to email or text us with any questions or concerns.

How old must by puppy be to qualify for this program?

​

Poised puppy is for puppies from 8 weeks to 4 months.

How much does it cost?

​

Initial consultation: $200 (this fee rolls into the program if you decide to proceed)

Total cost: $4000
