RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Note that some products are not returnable once they are opened or used, such as our balms and shampoos. If dissatisfied with a non-returnable product please contact us at info@e2dogtraining.com so that we can process a refund and rectify whatever caused the dissatisfaction.
To initiate a return, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team at info@e2dogtraining.com to obtain a return authorization. Please attach a picture of the product(s) to the email and include the order number in the subject line. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to box, label, and send your return shipment using USPS.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
